Epitome of Modern Elegance
The transformation of this aged home was one of practicality, functionality as well as an entire aesthetic change from outdated to one of contemporary elegance. The dark wood previously occupying the home was changed to bespoke grey carpentry with brass door hardware and invisible hinges throughout the villa. The bathrooms were transformed into a beautiful Calacatta marble look, paired with Zucchetti tapware. The dark kitchen was brought to life with an open plan transformation. Starting with sliding black crittle pocket doors, continuing with Calcatta that compliments the natural wood doors and finishes with soft grey lacquer. Continuing with the open plan transformation with more light, the kitchen/dining/living space opens up to a renovated private terrace with a modern outdoor pool, set against a newly established garden.
