The house boasts quite a unique distribution, with four main bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and two children’s rooms. To make room for the growing family a gym was turned into a fourth bedroom and a new outdoor gym was built. The gleaming pool area and balcony are gifted with breathtaking views of La Concha and the terrace is covered by a bioclimatic roof systems (pergolas) that tilt at various angles to let the right amount of light in.
