Modern Mediterranean Living
The aim of this construction project was to turn an outdated family home with great potential, but unpractical use of space into a spacious open plan living space. The contemporary Mediterranean style is brought to life by contrasting the white of the exterior with the blues of the pool and using streamlines throughout the construction. Straightening the columns and using only clean, crisp lines keeps the house looking contemporary, yet homey for many years to come. A former garage was transformed into 2 extra bedrooms to make more space and a private orchard with fruit trees was built to welcome the family home. The garden with pool, jacuzzi, a private patio, outside dining area and a terrace make sure the warm Mediterranean climate can be enjoyed by everyone!
